How do I create an account?

Download QueBola! from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Create Account." You can sign up using your email address or phone number. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your profile, choose your preferred language, and start connecting with your community.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app by going to Profile → Settings → Data → Delete Account. Alternatively, you can email support@quebola.app to request account deletion. All personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. For more details, visit our Account Deletion page.

How do I report content?

To report a post, message, or user, tap the three-dot menu (•••) on the content and select "Report." Choose the reason for your report and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes action in accordance with our Community Guidelines. You can also email reports to support@quebola.app.

How do payments work?

Payments on QueBola! are securely processed by Stripe. When you make a purchase in the marketplace, book a service, or subscribe to a premium feature, your payment information is sent directly to Stripe. We never store your credit card numbers on our servers. You can view your transaction history in the app under Profile → Payments.

How do I change my language?

QueBola! supports Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole. To change your language, go to Profile → Settings → Language and select your preferred language. The app interface will update immediately. Content from other users will be shown in its original language with optional translation.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We take your privacy and security seriously. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. You have full control over your data, including the ability to download it or delete your account at any time.
