QueBola! ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by QueBola LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the QueBola! mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, username, and profile photo. This information is necessary to provide you with access to the Service and to identify you to other users.

1.2 User Content

We collect content you create, upload, or share through the Service, including posts, stories, messages, photos, videos, and audio recordings. This content is stored to deliver the features you use.

1.3 Location Data

With your permission, we collect your device's location data to provide location-based features such as nearby services, community discovery, and ride coordination. You can disable location sharing at any time through your device settings or within the app.

1.4 Device Information

We automatically collect device information including device type, operating system and version, and push notification tokens. This helps us optimize the Service for your device and deliver push notifications.

1.5 Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including features accessed, interactions with content, search queries, and time spent on various sections. This data helps us understand how to improve QueBola!.

1.6 Financial Data

When you use marketplace, services, or subscription features, payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card numbers or full payment card details on our servers. We may receive transaction identifiers, purchase amounts, and billing information (such as billing address) from Stripe to maintain records of your transactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Personalize your experience, including content recommendations and community suggestions
  • Send you notifications about activity relevant to you, including messages, community updates, and service alerts
  • Process payments and transactions through Stripe
  • Ensure the safety and security of our users and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Communicate with you about updates, promotions, and changes to the Service (you may opt out of marketing communications at any time)

3. How We Share Your Information

We do NOT sell your personal data. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Stripe, Inc. — For payment processing when you make purchases, subscribe to services, or receive payments through the marketplace.
  • Supabase, Inc. — Our infrastructure and database hosting provider, which stores and processes your data on our behalf.
  • Expo (Software Mansion S.A.) — For delivering push notifications to your device.
  • Law Enforcement — We may disclose your information to law enforcement agencies, government authorities, or other third parties only when we are legally required to do so (e.g., in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or legal process).

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days of your deletion request. Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access your data: You may request a downloadable copy of your personal data at any time.
  • Delete your account and data: You may delete your account through the app (Profile → Settings → Data → Delete Account) or by emailing support@quebola.app. All personal data will be removed within 30 days.
  • Opt out of marketing: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails and promotional notifications at any time.
  • Control location sharing: You may enable or disable location services through your device settings or the app at any time.
  • Control who can message you: You may adjust your messaging privacy settings within the app to control who can send you direct messages.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 7. International Data Processing

Your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
