Delete Your Account

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your QueBola! account, you can do so at any time. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens when you do.
How to Delete Your Account
Open QueBola!
Launch the QueBola! app on your device.
Go to Profile → Settings
Tap your profile icon, then tap the Settings gear icon.
Scroll to the "Data" section
Scroll down in Settings until you see the Data section.
Tap "Delete Account"
Tap the "Delete Account" button to begin the deletion process.
Confirm deletion
You will be asked to confirm your decision. Once confirmed, your account deletion will be processed.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
All personal data deleted within 30 days— Your name, email, phone number, profile photo, and all other personal information will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of your deletion request.
Posts, comments, and messages permanently removed— All content you have created, including posts, stories, comments, and message history, will be permanently deleted.
Subscriptions cancelled— Any active subscriptions will be cancelled. You will not be charged for future billing periods.
Payment data removed from Stripe— We will request deletion of your payment information from Stripe, our payment processor. This process is handled in accordance with Stripe's data retention policies.

This account deletion process complies with Apple App Store Review Guidelines 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Data Safety requirements. Users have the right to request full deletion of their account and associated data.
