Community Guidelines

QueBola! is built for our communities. These guidelines exist to keep the platform safe, welcoming, and respectful for everyone. By using QueBola!, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

1. Be Respectful

Treat every member of the QueBola! community with dignity and respect. We are a diverse community of people from many backgrounds, cultures, and countries. Engage in conversations constructively, even when you disagree. Personal attacks, insults, and disrespectful behavior are not tolerated.

2. No Hate Speech or Discrimination

Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic is strictly prohibited. This includes slurs, stereotypes, dehumanizing language, and symbols associated with hate groups.

3. No Harassment or Bullying

Do not harass, bully, intimidate, or stalk other users. This includes repeated unwanted contact, threats, doxxing (sharing someone's private information), coordinated harassment campaigns, and any behavior intended to make another user feel unsafe or unwelcome.

4. No Nudity or Sexual Content

Do not post nudity, sexually explicit content, or sexual solicitation. This includes both real and digitally created content. Exceptions may apply for educational, artistic, or health-related content where appropriate context is provided, at our moderation team's discretion.

5. No Violence or Threats

Do not post content that threatens, glorifies, incites, or promotes violence against any person or group. Do not share graphic violence or gore. Threats of physical harm, whether direct or indirect, will result in immediate account action and may be reported to law enforcement.

6. No Spam or Fake Accounts

Do not create fake accounts, impersonate others, or use bots or automated tools to interact with the platform. Do not engage in spam, including repetitive posting, unsolicited promotional messages, or misleading content designed to drive clicks or engagement artificially.

7. No Illegal Activity

Do not use QueBola! to plan, promote, or facilitate illegal activity. This includes but is not limited to drug trafficking, human trafficking, fraud, money laundering, and any activity that violates local, state, or federal law.

8. Marketplace Rules

When using the QueBola! marketplace, do not list or sell prohibited items, including but not limited to:

  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
  • Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
  • Stolen goods
  • Counterfeit products
  • Items that violate intellectual property rights
  • Hazardous materials
  • Animals (unless compliant with local regulations)
  • Any item prohibited by applicable law

9. Respect Intellectual Property

Do not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted material, trademarks, or trade secrets, unless you have the right or permission to do so. If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, contact us at legal@quebola.app.

10. Report Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it. You can report content directly in the app by tapping the three-dot menu on any post, message, or profile and selecting "Report." You can also email reports to support@quebola.app. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

11. Consequences of Violations

Violations of these Community Guidelines will result in enforcement action proportional to the severity and frequency of the violation:

Warning

For first-time or minor violations, you will receive a warning explaining which guideline was violated and what content was removed.

Temporary Suspension

For repeated or more serious violations, your account may be temporarily suspended for a period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

Permanent Ban

For severe violations or continued abuse after prior warnings and suspensions, your account will be permanently terminated.

12. Appeal Process

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal by emailing:

Please include your username, a description of the action taken, and why you believe it was incorrect. Our team will review your appeal and respond within 7 business days.
